Member List not being shown to logged in members

I have created a member list using this plugin on a number of sites without any problems. However, on the latest site, logged in members are seeing the “You do not have access to this list, or are not logged in.” when viewing the Member Directory page.

I see mention n the plugin page a mention of making lists public and suspect this may be the issue but I don’t see where to change that setting.

Any suggestions?
