How do I navigate to Index.php

Hi

I have a site that has an index.html page acting as a holding page while I test the wordpress site.
If someone navigates to http://www.mydomain.co.uk they see the index.hml page as intended, but how do I make it so that if someone navigates to http://www.mydomain.co.uk/index.php they actually see index.php rather than being redirected to the holding page?
