Navigation buttons between months permanently disabled

Hi,

I’m trying to use your plugin and the problem I’m having is that the navigation buttons between months on the grid view are permanently disabled. I have the option to hide the arrows unchecked but still the arrows aren’t displaying and are showing as disabled.

Can you help please?
