I have been searching forever for a RSS plugin that would pull in feeds, display a thumbnail, and allow me to do large scale customizations. This plugin has it all and their support team (talking to you Jean) is responsive and really friendly. They took care of me within moments of sending out that email. That kind of response from a developer is unheard of and greatly appreciated.
