How to add action when some user select the Any Radio button

Hello,

We are working on Caldera form.
How to add the action(send mail) when user click on the specific radio button it will send the mail to specific person with form submitted information .
is any procedure to send the mail
Could you help me out
one more thing is any addon or any supported plugin for this or is it available in paid version
