Probably someone here could help me out. This is very frustrating and unexpected from NextGen. I purchased NextGen Pro gallery plugin on Imagely website. When I received the mail, they ask to login to download the plugin. But I cant login as I dont have account and when I try to reset password I get “Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below”. I tried many times and the same result. In order to get support from nextgen I also need to log in. This is so frustrating! There are no phone number, nothing in order to find out how to fix this problem. Please help.
