We are a small local operation, but this plug-in has helped us grow our Newsletter List from 200 to 700 in a very short time.
It works as it should, but I had a problem once, and their support logged in to my website and found and fixed the problem very quickly.
We use it as a way for users to sign-up for our MailChimp Newsletter on our WordPress website and I highly recommend this plug-in for that feature.
