How to move the attributes selector and Add To Cart button to the top?

Hi,

I’d like to move the attributes drop-down menu and the Add To Cart button from the bottom of my short description section to the top but I can’t figure out how to do it (I’m a beginner with WordPress). Here’s an example of one of my pages with the drop-down menu and Add To Cart button at the bottom:
