If it’s a bug, please report it on Github, but make sure you download the latest version from Github first and check if your problem still exists with that version.
If you’re not sure it’s a bug, search the forums for similar threads and see if any of the proposed solutions work for you.
We have done our best to provide free support to date however we can no longer do this.
There are only so many hours in a day and continue to make this the best real estate platform for you. Many issues are related to your theme and we have a theme setup guide, extensive self help documentation along with many pre configured theme templates you can use.
When you purchase support from us we provide first class email support and will do what we can to solve your issue as quickly as possible.
We only provide support to all users who purchase a support plan for the Easy Property Listings plugin.
This is a very advanced real estate plugin with features you will not find anywhere else.
