I use this plugin extensively on my site, (along with their Feed-to-Post add-and full-text RSS-feeds-service add-on), and it all works very well. I've only had one issue, and that was things broke when they rolled out their last update a week or so ago, and it took awhile for them to get it sorted for me. But they were professional and persistent and eventually things got back to where they needed to be. They also noted that the problems were their fault and apologized for the difficulties -- that's refreshing to hear someone take responsibility for problems and not tap dance about it.
