Hi,
I’ve set an email notification to send out a “Your ticket has been closed!” email with “Change Ticket Status” as an event trigger.
Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that the plugin sends a “Your ticket has been closed!” whenever there’s a new reply to the ticket. I assume it’s because it was triggered since the ticket status has been changed.

There seems to be no event trigger for specifically closing tickets:

How can I make a separate notification for closed tickets only?
