When I purchased the plugin pro version I interfaced with a really professional plugin to create discounts and apply pricings for WooCommerce products.
It supports more types of pricing and discount and shipping and checkout fees all in one place. You can create BOGO discounts, specific date discounts, price all of the products with a rule, flexible shipping methods, flexible pricing rules and etc.
