I’m logged in under my admin account and if I try to make a donation, I get this error…
Error: You are logged in as xxx@gmail.com (an existing donor’s email address), and are submitting a donation as xxx@icloud.com (my e-mail address), which is an existing donor. To ensure that the email address is tied to the correct donor, please submit this donation from a logged-out browser, or choose another email address.
And then, in e-mails that are sent out, where the placeholder is for Hey, donor’s name… it has this same person’s name and e-mail address on every e-mail.
How can this be possible? For now, I just removed the placeholder value and replaced it with plaintext.
I wanted to ask for support via GiveWP so you guys can login to my Admin Panel but only ‘customers’ can do that.
