I’ve always liked browsing the requests people post on different themes, to see if it’s something I can help with (to pass the time and contribute to the community).
Some of the theme and plugin authors don’t reply, so does this mean there are lots of new WordPress users going without any responses now?
It’s often that the questions aren’t theme specific (that only the author could answer), but questions like “how do I make the header smaller” from a newbie.
Do these questions go unseen now and potentially leave new users feeling like there’s a lack of support?
Do the ‘All topics | Topics with no replies | Unresolved topics’ links include topics posted to themes and plugins?
