On January 15th it appears the Google Analytics portion of your plugin on a website simply stopped working for several days, then started working again on January 24th. I was able to tell this due to sudden drops in organic, referral, and direct traffic all hitting absolute zero as counted by GA but stable usage of server resources and server level hit data from organic and other sources as well.
I checked the change log and this doesn’t seem to be associated with any recent updates and the client hasn’t touched their site in any capacity for at least a few months.
Any thoughts as to what is going on?
Edit: The same client had a similar analytics blackout in September of 2015 and we were never able to figure out what happened then either.
