Saying 'it was terrible' doesn't really help us improve things. When users have any issue they email us on our support system and we are always very helpful in helping them optimise things, see the previous reviews for evidence of that.
The other plugin you mentioned is no longer supported by its developer because there is no business model behind it, so use it at your own risk.
Finally, we didn't censor anything, the .org forum moderators removed the name of that plugin as it is against forum practices to do that.
