Hello and thank you for the great plugin
I have some suggestions if you want to consider
1. add an option the choose some Featured Listing that will be style an different way then an ordinary job and have an option to make it sticky
2. add an option to and a text above the job that can mention that is a New Job
3. option to translate the string in the plugin
