MyCred conflict with my-religion theme

hi,

i’m trying to use MyCred for my web.

i plan to combine between Ultimate Member plugin with MyCred.
But, when i activate MyCred, the appearance of my web become screw up.

i’m using My-Religion theme from ThemeForest:
