Print button shows up in three places on page

Greetings. Thank you for the plug-in. I am having one problem. I want the print button to show up on the post pages on http://www.africamission.com (ie. https://www.africamission.com/secondary-school-completion/ )

The button is showing up on the blog as it should, but it is also showing up in three more places in the footer area. How can I fix this? Thanks.
