I have the paid version and, alas, the support is horrible. If you get a response at all then chances are it’ll take days or weeks and require you to keep bugging them to get some sort of response. Functionality is mostly good but a little shaky too. I’ve mostly worked around its glitches with local code changes, but of course they get wiped out every time there’s an updated plugin and I have to re-apply them.
