Popular Posts View Count Different than Jetpack?

Hello,

I have Jetpack installed and the view counts in Jetpack’s Site Stats do not match the view counts in Popular Posts’ Stats. I have Popular Posts’ Tools > Data set to “Log views from Visitors only”. This would make me think that maybe Popular Posts’ view counts would be lower than Jetpack’s, but it’s actually the other way around: across the board, Popular Posts’ view counts are higher than Jetpack’s. What’s going on here?
