Possible Role Issues for Events Settings

Hello! I apologize if this question has been answered elsewhere, though my search function doesn’t seem to be working.

I have another user on a WordPress site I admin who has the Editor role, and she doesn’t seem to be able to access the Events –> Settings –> Category Colors tab. From her account, I don’t see a settings tab at all under the Events category. Is there anything we can do to remedy this? We have the Members plugin installed so I can manually edit permissions for her account.
