Few problems with my menu appearance

Hi all, I’m having a few problems with my menu and I’ve tried to self-diagnose the issues by inspecting the elements but I just can’t manage it.

Here’s a link to the site and what I’m having trouble with is the gap between the two columns, and also the last category on the menu is centred, but I want it aligned to the right.

Also, under ‘Business Insurance’ the ‘Coach Insurance’ category is off to the right handside and I want it to be directly underneath the ‘Business Insurance’ tab.
