Cannot remove the “uncategorized” part of the url

I have just started using this plug in. I have read the documentation, and in settings, url is set to podcast.
However, in my first upload, the url displays as:
http://www.victoriamiller.cl/uncategorized/my-super-mega-fast-pet-turtle-podcast/
It only allow me to edit the portion of the url that is AFTER uncategorized/
I am sure its something silly, but I cannot figure it out!!
