I have installed the free version of the Joebooking plugin. It is a great plugin and suits my requirements perfectly. I have one question: How is the cancellation email triggered? If someone cancels, the email is received ok on the admin email account. When I go to the appointment to cancel it, there are options to mark as Reject, Pending, No Show, Completed but nothing for ‘Cancel’. There is a cancellation email template, but no way to trigger it. This happens when the customer is approved or not approved. Can you please advise. Many thanks, Peter
