How to center the ‘rating box’ and also to show in on post page only?

Thank you for creating this awesome plugin.

Can you provide any CSS code (or any other method) to make it display in middle/center? It is currently on left side.

Also, this is showing on main page even I use ‘more’ the break the article. I want to show on post page only. How to do this?
