I added three extra fields to my Form. Upload field, Tel field and Radio box field. I put in their corredponding mail tags at the MAIL SECTION. But when an email is sent, its only an uploaded file that sends along. No Tel number or Radio box.
Please what is the correct format for putting multiple mail tags. I think thats the problem
