I just signed up for the premium version and already received a confirmation email, but a new window popped out and tell me “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page” after I clicked the “verify email” button. I tried clearing caches and cookie already but still doesn’t work. What should I do?! (I already sent an email to your support team.) Since I am unable to access the premium version now, am I still getting billed? When will my billing cycle start?
