We feel that this is an unfair review based on the simple fact that your grievance was with our Feed to Post add-on, which, as we explained more than once in our replies to your support request, is working as described. It is brining in the available content from the RSS feed.
What you wanted is to have more content brought in that is available in the feed, which as we also explained is only possible using our Full Text add-on. However, in one of the very rare cases we've seen, your source doesn't have its posts structured correctly for the videos you wanted to be considered as part of the post content, which is a limitation of the script, as we also accepted. Should you have purchased this add-on we would have gladly provided the refund in that case.
It is also clearly stated here that the Feed to Post add-on has a limited free full text service, and this is clearly linked to from the Feed to Post page.
We will be more than happy to keep supporting you should you choose to continue using WP RSS Aggregator and perhaps either find alternative feed sources or have your current ones modified by their providers to be able to get the content you'd like.
