No Support Even for Paid Customers

I paid for this plugin, never got it to work. My client spent hours filling out time slots that are full, only to have an update and lose ALL time slots! So now the database is blank, like day one.

So now they have a new, large update…so the ONLY way to get it is to fill out a form on their website. I have done that, 3 times, and nobody responds back! I even contacted their support and the contact form on their website…nothing.

I can’t believe I paid for a product I cannot use, and with ZERO support.
