Thumbnails in gallery scale to 238×238 px

Hi,

I create a standardpost with a (wordpress)gallery. My thumbnailsize is 150×150 px.
But in the gallery the thumbnails scale to 238x238px.

If I insert the images without the galleryfunction the size is correct.

Any ideas how to fix it?
