I purchased an upgraded plugin, only to find that upon activation my site wouldn't work.
I opened a support ticket and learned that the plugin only supports newer versions of PHP. Since I don't have control over my blog's server, I can't use the plugin. This is not something that was made apparent at any point during the installation and setup process.
But they refuse to refund me.
I'm really disappointed to see they'd rather pocket money from a customer who can't use their product than do the right thing. Buyer beware.
