dear woocommerce team,
I bought the wordpress theme “X” which comes with woocommerce. The shop and the theme is working well so far, but my customers have the same returning problems from time to time:
– they add their products to their shopping cart
– they proceed to checkout
– they try to add a note
– they accept my disclaimers
– they click on “next”
– the message “seems you got no products added to your cart. please check your cart” appears.
This is a problem which only occurs from time to time, no matter what browser or OS. All the payment gateways work well and are correctly installed and set up, so no matter what kind of payment the client choose it occurs the message above.
Do you have a solution for this problem?
