Avoid loosing business when a site has not been configured with the Affiliate ID

Hi there,
This is not a problem issue, but a suggestion.
Nevertheless I am using BestAzon 4.1 in my WP site, en-dependencia.com.
Since there are Amazon sites that are not open for Affiliates and other that requirements are so complex, many of the links get customized by BestAzon to Amazon sites, that are appropiate for the end user but not for the site owner, since we are not affiliates.
I would propose, to customize links to the end user Amazon site IF BestAzon is got a configured affiliate ID for that site, ELSE, customize the link for the US Store, or allow to configure the default store.
