Blocking script and css resources?

hi, i have a question about this

i got error from google which they couldnt fully load my page because of some blocking script and the result may effect my mobile ranking.
i am using google pagespeed insight to find the problem and it show this

Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content
