As a sidenote, please be aware that this forum is meant to review the free version of our plugin rather than the premium add-ons, however we still take all criticism and suggestions on board, so thank you again! :)
That's not true.
If this plugin promotes the upsell of the pro version or premium add-ons (and it does) then users are allowed to include or review that experience to. Feel free to leave a review based on the premium add-ons for this plugin. The author invited those by using the plugin page to sell add-ons.
What is not allowed if for users to seek support of those add-ons here. If a user does ask for premium support this is one example of the reply they'll get.
For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.
As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
When plugin authors do provide support to their customers in these then they risk the status of hosting their plugin on this site.
