After ten days of not working EVER, your support team crashed our server and brought our site down.It really does not matter what excuses you offer, if you cannot even get your own product working after ten days, how do you expect others to do it? Really? You want to argue this FACT? You refuse to issue a refund under such extreme circumstances and that leads me to believe that your company is not credible...like your product.
I am now forced to file a dispute with PayPal over this situation. This further brings into question your judgement. I would caution everyone not to do business with you or your company.
