I'm sorry to hear about this. We strive to help all customers so we'd love to know what's going on. I couldn't find any messages in the premium support channel from a Brian L, did you use a different name/email address by any chance?
I'd love to be able to help you out with your issues. Also, can you let us know which of our documentation pages weren't helpful? I believe we have a substantially larger collection of docs than most plugins out there, so we're always open to feedback on how to improve it.
