I can’t send the form

Hi

I have been making a form with this plugin and when I test it in my web, it doesn’t send nothing to my email or the email of the person that send it.
I’m seeing all configuration, if mail is well written, if a field is bad written, but I don’t see any problems with this part.

Please, help me, I’ve been with this problem several days :'(
