Problem with File Check Snapshot

Hi!
I’ve used Ninjafirewall on many sites with great success, but I’ve run into a site where I’m having a problem.

I’ve installed Ninjafirewall and it’s up and running just fine. However, whenever I try to run the File Check Snapshot, it runs and eventually I get an “Internal Server Error” message.

I’m wondering if it might be some sort of timeout problem as it’s a blog site that has been up since 2010 and has close to 200K files all told. It’s on a MediaTemple Gridhosting account – I don’t know if that would be a factor or not… I’m not very familiar with them.

I hope you can help me suss this out!
