Plugin stopped sending emails

Hi,
I really hope someone will be able to help me.
We installed a form using contact form 7 on our website. It worked properly during a couple of days.
Suddenly mails are not sent anymore but we do not get any error messages (just a tunring wheel). The destination email is based on the same hosting than the website (at OVH hosting services).
When I get into my client manager, I see that several emails were sent today but we do not get any of them.
It has maybe something to see with SMTP but I do not know how I can handle this.
Can someone please help? I feel desperate.

If you take a look at the footer code, you will see this (instead of proper UTF-8 characters)

“Abandoned Carts” that were actually confirmed orders

Hello
Thank you for kindly providing this plugin.
I’m finding it is listing confirmed orders, as others which were abandoned.
As an exmaple, since activating this plugin for tracking only (without activating emails) – we have received 6 orders. The plugin is listing 4 of those 6 as being “abandoned”.

How to translate homepage metadata?

Hello,
I have a multilanguage website using WPML plugin, and I am using SEOby10Web to generate metadata.
SEOby10web forces me to put some default metadata for my homnepage in its settings; if I don’t, there are no metatags and og:tags generated in frontend for the homepage
My issue is I can’t find a way to put those metadata in 2 different languages via WPML, I can only put them in 1 language, while I have 2 homepages that need different metadata, as well as og:title, og:description and og:image

Obviously I already compiled the SEOby10web metadata inside each page in the different languages, but the site grabs the default metadata I put in SEOby10Web > Meta Information main page
As I said, if I leave the information in SEOby10Web > Meta Informatio empty for the homepage, then no metadata is being generated for my 2 different homepages
Is there a way to solve this?

Auto import fails – how to know why ?

Hi, when using manual import from either URL or local file – it works fine, i get:
The table was imported successfully.
However when using auto import , i get Failed @ 2020-04-23 13:21:33
how can i know why? it works from manual, but not from auto. is there a log ?

Filter by Brand + Category

Hi
I’m using the PWB plugin and I have on my store page a filter for Brand and a filter for Category.
I’m trying to use both Brand and Category filter at the same time.
Example:
I have category A and B
I have brand 1 and 2
When I check the filter for brand 1 it shows me all the products for that brand;
When I try to apply another filter Brand 1 + Category A it only shows me the products for Category A (mixing brand 1 and 2.)
I’m using the widgets “Products Category” and “Brands Dropdown” built in woocommerce, for this purpose.

Mail 2 only working on some forms

Hi,
Lately, I’ve run into an issue where the mail 2 is only working on some forms. For example, we have 2 application forms. The first one works fine and the mail 2 sending works as well. The second form is a duplicate of the first form, the only difference is that normally it gets sent to one additional email address. All other fields are exactly the same.
When submitted the second form works fine however the mail 2 does not get sent. There are no configuration errors shown. I have tried deleting and remaking the form but that did not relieve the issue. Any idea as to what could be causing this?

Instead of being directed to the password reset page (https://www.biz-e-training.com/password-reset/), they are directed to the main page that I set (https://www.biz-e-training.com/fom-students-forum/). If you open the reset page, it shows this code but not the form: [swpm_reset_form]
The code in the reset password email is as follows:

I wanted to make one when the screen is completely white with the transparent menu and when the menu is fixed at the top and the bottom is colored in the background, the same colored logo.
