Hi,
I was wondering if it’s possibile to customize the confirmation emails that are being sent.
How can I change the template of the email that is being sent to my users after they hit submit? Since I have a few conditional rules, I don’t want to show them the parts they’ve never seen in the form.
Also, is there a way to show a custom elementor popups after they hit “submit form”?

At this time, we don’t have official plugin compatibility support for every available plugin and every meta field that can be created by a plugin or custom code. The challenge for us, there are many amazing plugins on the directory both pro and paid that provide a lot of great functionality to products, orders and checkout meta fields, unfortunately, we can’t support them all natively in the plugin by default as we don’t know how each plugin or code is developed and field names created.
If you want to share with us the Plugin you are using, we’d be happy to add the plugin to the list of plugins and in the future may provide support officially natively in the plugin or with add-ons, if more users indicate they use the plugin. We know this doesn’t answer your questions, so what recommendation do you have to support other plugins or customer fields?
Our recommendation is to develop a Custom Print Template.
The Custom Print Template functionality for the Print Plugin would be the solution for any custom fields required to be added or removed to a print-out receipt template or compatibility with other plugins not supported by default in the print templates included.
We created a solution for developers so our plugin can be compatible with all these other great plugins, as a result, we developed the Custom Print Template functionality in a previous release for the Order Receipt Print Plugin. The print templates support a global $order variable, using $order->get_meta. This allows you to develop a Custom Print Template and add or remove all the fields you may require in the print-out receipt layout you want.
Important Note: For a quick solution, you can override a default print template under the /template directory of the plugin, but please be aware any future plugin updates will override the modified template. As a result, you would need to maintain a copy of the template. Plus, under this solution, we can’t guarantee the template format you modified will work in the future. We can commit to supporting the Custom Print Template solution in future releases as the correct solution for custom templates working with the plugin.

Excellent plugin, really helped with my page speed and ratings on pingdom, gtmetrix etc.
The one problem I am having is the google maps gutenberg block loading on my contact page. Not a massive issue but if it can be sorted, that would be great 🙂
I have tried adding:
/wp-content/plugins/gutentor/assets/js/google-map-loader.min.js, /wp-content/plugins/gutentor/assets/js/google-map-loader.js
to the exception list but with no joy

So while trying to make some minor adjustments to the site to finalise everything for my client, I have somehow managed to completely wreck one of the menus!
It is the dropdown menu for tablets and mobiles. The normal menu works, the first submenu works. However, when you click to see the options nested beneath those submenus it shows the space for those sub-submenus but no text or links!
PLEASE HELP!!! I really need to finalise the site ASAP for my client… no idea what I did to do this……

Hello,
After updating wordpress / woocommerce, EU VAT assistant does not remove the vat from the order if the client enters a valid vat number.
The shop is located in Switzerland and the clients are located in Italy (Italian VAT numbers are being entered).
Is this plugin currently supported?
