V 1.10.0 and 1.10.1 breaks CSS

Hi, after updating to version 1.10.1 (also tried with version 1.10.0 but the problem occurs), the CSS is broken for the popups. I have tried deactivating and activating the plugin, saving the WordPress pages again and clearing all caches on the host server and Safari/Chrome browsers. The problem is resolved if I rollback plugin to version 1.9.2.

Everything is up to date, including WordPress and Genesis theme.

The content on the popups are Contact Form 7 shortcode.

Impossible to scroll down

I’m using the plugin, looks very nice email templates.

I’m sending a test email from my site, receive it… in the mail application of my macbook. And it’s impossible to scroll down from the touchpad, it’s very frustrating… it does not appear when the plugin is disabled. So something is wrong but what?

Grandchildren Pages

I am testing your plugin and for the most part, it works great. I love how simple it is and works in the background so an admin can set it up and editors and other users don’t have to remember to assign restrictions for each page.

However, is there a way to include grand children, great grandchildren, etc. in the restriction, as opposed to just direct children? I have tested a grandchild but am still able to access it, while I am unable to access (as expected) a child page.

Causing Curl error 28

Activating this plugin is causing a Curl error 28, loopback error, on my site. I am running the latest WordPress and WooCommerce. It causes the error whether it is activated by itself or with other plugins activated.

Live builder not always updating

I’m having an unusual issue, in that some parts of the live builder are not working when I change them. I have downloaded the responsive template and been able to add my own logo colours etc, but there are a number of settings no matter if I toggle them off or on they don’t change (even when I save and send).

So in the header logo inside or outside the container, it doesn’t change its always outside. Same with footer content, if I set it to inside or outside its always outside. Social icons, don’t show up if I toggle on and off, and when I select a mobile view from the bottom of the screen it doesn’t change to reflect the mobile view.

Any thoughts? Even if I save, change, send and retry it still defaults to what the template comes with. There were a few other areas too like separators not showing up, even if I set them to a glaring red.

I have the latest version of WP, Woo, and the plugin. I can give you temp access if that helps.

active AMP Plugin leads to bug in Matomo

I noticed a strange bug which leads to a failure in matomo reports due to active AMP plugin.

  • AMP and Matomo (as WP-Plugin) are setup and running
  • (its not needed that in the statistics section of AMP the matomo code is added)
  • in Matomo > Diagnosis > Trobleshooting click on “Archive now” / “create Reports now”
  • the html code of an page is returned as content type “plain/text”
  • while AMP is activated matomo do not generate any Reports and so is pretty useless

If AMP is deactivated Matomo works as expected (an ajax request is done instead of showing the plain text when clicking the “Archive now” button).

Can anybody reproduce? What does AMP do to destroy the page?

Best Support Ever

I cannot speak for how well this plugin works vs others. I recently started the dive into designing my own website, so im completely new at this. The support i had received from this free plugin is amazing. I thought i had an issue with the plugin but after contacting Rank Math and they logging into my website they pointed out where the problem was. If there’s no other reason to install Rank Math, do it for the support. Its second to none.

About the shipping options

Hi,

I’m using the calculated shipping rates from Printful. There are two problems:

1) It only shows the standard shipping option. Is there a way to also show the express and overnight options?

2) The shipping option shows up like this “Flat Rate (3-4 business days after fulfillment)”. is there a way to change the text to include the shipping type instead of “Flat Rate” and the total fulfillment and shipping time instead of the shipping time only?

Field Display Order

Great plugin, straight forward, and does what I need it to do. However, is there a way without modifying your plugin to set the field display order, ex: parameters within the shortcode, or a setting at the back end I’m missing?

Where the ‘Post Tags’ field is showing up on the form (between Post Title and Post Category) is really bothering me. I would rather have it after the ‘Post Content’ before the ‘Upload’ field.

If not, would you be able to respond with a functions.php script to do this and/or make this a feature in a future plugin update?

Hopefully I would not have to go with the ‘pro’ version just to sort the fields being displayed, as I don’t really need anything else.

Failed order – what to do?

Hi,

what is the correct way to do with the order that has a status “Failed”, the card is declined – can I click somewhere an action to try again pay from the same credit card (customer don’t have enough money in that time)?

What is the correct way at this situation, I have checked Status >> Logs, there are no logs.

Reset password loop caused by Beaver Themer plugin

Hi,

I’ve the problem that when a user forgot his password, he can click the forgot password link and he receives an email to reset his password. However, when he clicks the link ({password_reset_link}) in the email, he just gets redirected to the same Forgot password page. So it is an infinite loop.

I did the plugin conflict test and it turns out that when I deactivated the Beaver Themer plugin, the problem is resolved. It then redirects to the page where I can enter a new password. So there is a conflict between these plugins.

The Beaver Themer plugin is the add-on for the Beaver Builder pagebuilder plugin to create templates for pages and posts.

How can this conflict be resolved? I’ll also inform the Beaver Themer plugin developers, but I hope you can look into it.

for unknown reason for me (and that was work normal before) if I clicked on this link https://mysite.com/author/user2/
in stead of visiting user2 profile page it is redirected to woocommerce store page

even after I disabled all plugins issue still

would you please help me to recognize this issue and fix it

Good day,

I have selected WCMP >> Vendors and see the listing of my vendors, however, the number of products they have uploaded is showing 0 when they have clearly got products on our site. This has always worked and now is suddenly broken (see link)
