Possible Bug?

I’m logged in under my admin account and if I try to make a donation, I get this error…

Error: You are logged in as xxx@gmail.com (an existing donor’s email address), and are submitting a donation as xxx@icloud.com (my e-mail address), which is an existing donor. To ensure that the email address is tied to the correct donor, please submit this donation from a logged-out browser, or choose another email address.

And then, in e-mails that are sent out, where the placeholder is for Hey, donor’s name… it has this same person’s name and e-mail address on every e-mail.

How can this be possible? For now, I just removed the placeholder value and replaced it with plaintext.

I wanted to ask for support via GiveWP so you guys can login to my Admin Panel but only ‘customers’ can do that.

Feature Request: Add CSS hook to add icon

I would like to add an icon before the notice text, however, there is no hook in the DOM tree that I could use. Is there any chance, you can add a span with id “cn-notice-icon” just before the “cn-notice-text” element? Simply put it within the “cookie-notice-container”, on same level as “cn-notice-text”. It does not need any styling, just a unique id.

My suggestion:

<div class="cookie-notice-container">
  <span id="cn-notice-icon></span> <-- Add this please
  <span id="cn-notice-text></span>
  <span id="cn-notice-buttons"></span>
</div>

This way I can use custom CSS to style the icon without forking your plugin.

For users, who do not want any icon, the cookie notice does not change visually.

Duplication in invoice mail response

Hi,
The invoice mail that i receive after making online payment contains duplicate contents.Mail header,content and the footer is getting duplicated.This actually occurs only after payment redirect.If u am sending invoice from the admin back end the mail structure is in a proper format and its not duplicating.This happened after updating it to latest woo commerce version.

not working with firefox mobile

Hi, the plugin is great, but I’m having an issue. the gallery is well displayed everywhere except on firefox mobile (tested with iphone and android). thumbnails are not visible and when you clip somewhere on the blank space, you can see the caption of the clicked zone and also the lightbox. here is a screen capture : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1OrFOhw6SsyRQcUavePfjvWut47G2dCHd/view?usp=sharing. Private user profiles can be found via url

Hi,
We have some members who are displayed publicly in our trainer directory whereas others are only site members privately. From the trainer directory, you can click on the individual profile and will be sent to the user page where the individual profile of the trainer is shown in greater detail. Trainers are listed with their first and last name. When you are on the user page it is possible to put in any user name e.g http://www.mywebsite/user/anyusername or e.g. https://www.mywebsite/user/first+lastname (possible format in UM) and the profile (which is supposed to be private) will also show up even if this person is not part of the trainer directory.
I have set people up so that they do not have Ultimate Member directory or role i.e. just subscribers, register people in a different role, make individual profiles private, renamed user page to something else,etc. but it doesn’t seem to make a distance,….you could still get the a profile on anyone on the website if you enter either the user name or first+last name on the user page. This is a problem because of data protection. Does anyone have an idea on what I could do here to really hide certain users from appearing at all. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Not removing trelsb-modal-open when continue is clicked.

Hello,

Loving the plugin, nice and simple. Found that the class .trelsb-modal-open does not get removed when clicking the continue button. Usually not an issue, but when target=_blank is used, it freezes the page in place when returning to the original site.

Found that adding jQuery('body').removeClass('trelsb-modal-open'); to the contInput.click(function() { in the .js file did the trick. Also switched the order of removing the modal and removing that class, just to make sure it got triggered.

Editing the featured post slider in Simple Catch

I created a blog a few years ago and that included a scrolling slider at the top of the homepage.

I have now returned to the blog to update it but I have hit a snag. I can’t edit the slider any more.

I want to update the slider images but the feature that existed previously appears to have gone (..appearance / theme options / featured slider) Due to an upgrade I think something has changed.

Anyway, if anyone has had a similar problem and solved it please do let me know. Thanks.

Database Update Message in Backend does not disappear

Hello,
after succesful update of Woocommerce Database, the message appears
“Woocommerce database updating is completed. Thank you for updating to the newest version.” with a Button “Many thanks”.

But when I click on the button, a failure message (“Action failed. Please load site new and try again”) occurs:

How can I get rid of this “Thank-you”-Button and/or the failure message?

Hi, My fellow admins and I are stumped. We have a warning that appears at the top of each page on our website.

It reads: Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /home/gsgp1151/public_html/wp-content/themes/Builder-Cohen/lib/builder-core/lib/layout-engine/modules/class-layout-module.php on line 499

Can anyone advise what we need to do to address/resolve this problem?

Other languages and duplicates

Dear,

Our legal requirements state that our invoices need to be in Dutch. Therefore I have 2 questions:

1. How can we set Dutch as the default invoice language?

2. Can we automatically send a duplicate in another language, based on the user language. So the user receives a Dutch and ex. English duplicate at the same time?

Bug When Editing Folder Name

Hi, I was trying to copy the name of a folder in my library, without changing its name. To do that, I had to click on rename, but then I encountered an error. The plugin doesn’t allow you to “change your mind” and keep the same name for a folder after you begin to rename it. See below for steps to reproduce it:

1. Click on an existing folder in library.
2. Click on the “Rename” toolbar button.
3. *Don’t rename anything*
4. Try to save the same folder name, it will give you “{folder_name} already exists in this folder.” error.
