Our client is switching from Exchange to Gmail. Their site has a Woocommerce online store that kicks off emails when orders are placed, cancelled, etc. The emails are being sent, as they are received by their current set up, but not in their new gmail accounts…not even in the spam folders. It seems as if anything sent from wordpress@theirdomain.com is not being received by gmail, but is by exchange and other platforms. Any suggestions?
