Hi,

I am suddenly getting the following error, I have searched around and found a couple of similar threads but I am a little lost.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 21708101 bytes) in /home3/bamwebde/public_html/hhhworldevents/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1308

Line 1308 is this:

$query = preg_replace( '|(?<!%)%s|', "'%s'", $query ); // quote the strings, avoiding escaped strings like %%s

I don’t see anything in there that mentions memory size ??

In the options section “How much memory should Wordfence request when scanning” is set to 256mb

Something I am wondering about is I have recently created a separate wordpress install in a sub folder to run my store out of and I am using Wordfence in there as well, considering it is in a sub folder of my main site, is it really necessary to have Wordfence installed twice, ie: will the Wordfence install in the main site cover the sub folder site??

The main site is http://www.hhhworldevents.org/

The site running from the sub folder is: http://www.hhhworldevents.org/hashgear/

Kindest Regards
Bam Bam
