Select and multi select is not having value selected

Hi there

I added some multi select and select fields under the billing address details. Everything works file till there , data is saving under database and i am able to see on admin area. But on front end when customer want to edit there details they are not able to see the value they entered before under the update details area. Can you p[lease help me onto this as its very urgent, customer must need to see whatever they have entered and change the details.
