PayPal is looping

Hi. I add a couple items to the cart. All is good. Checkout goes to paypal. I choose to pay with Debit/Credit card, fill out the fields and submit payment. After a moment the page reloads with an order summary and choose how to pay. A different template than the first, but, still a start over and fill in the fields situation.

Any ideas? You can test it here (if payment happens to go through I’ll refund it, but I doubt it will.)
