To start, when I purchased the plugin a few weeks ago, there was an option to have the posts open in Lightbox. It wasn't working, so I asked for help, and when you could not help, I asked for a refund. This is what you said:
Hi Travis,
Our refund policy states that we are bound to give refunds after 14 days of purchase, if the plugin does not work.
More on this here, under Refunds.Like I said in the previous email, the behavior of links (and anything else relating to how things are displayed on the front-end of the site) falls outside the scope of the plugin, which is to import RSS feeds and convert them into posts.
In fact, since my last email, we have decided to remove this option. If you look around though, I'm sure you can find plugins that can make the links in posts open in a light box.
Your users should note that, even though I issued my complaint about this feature not working well within the 14 day period, no refund was given. Instead, you tell me that you will remove the advertised feature? Really? That's your idea of customer support?
We sell you on a feature, it doesn't work, and so we remove it, and thanks for the 150 bucks, sucka!
Nice.
Should I go on, Jean? I have some more, I'd love to share them with everyone.
