Problem with restoring database to new install

Hi all,
thanks for reading my post.
I’ve installed wp on a subdomain and the blog is there. But, I want to restore my old blog, using the database I downloaded. When I try to import it into the new database I get this error:

Description not showing on Advanced File Uploader (2.0)

I’m using Caldera Forms and Elementor plugins on OceanWP. I created a Contact Form and added an Advanced File Uploader (2.0) field. Under the upload button I entered the Description “More than one file can be attached”. I can see this Description in the Layout Builder.
But the description is missing on the Preview Form, Elementor and the actual website.
How do I get the description to be displayed?

Hello. I want to buy a Pro version, but I have some pre-purchase questions.
I really hate the default H2 with class “yikes-custom-woo-tab-title yikes-custom-woo-tab-title-123”
Why did you do such a thing? I want to paste only my HTML code, nothing more, and when I try to delete title I can’t save the tab, when I delete the title in product the tab disappears completely. I need title for the tab, but not H2, it ruins my code. Pro version has the ability to remove H2?

Missing ‘geolocation_lat’

Hi all,
Quick question I hope.
I am trying to use FacetWP with WPJM local build, and trying to pull in the ‘geolocation_lat’ as mentioned here. https://facetwp.com/add-ons/map-facet/
The problem is this doesn’t seem to be a ‘geolocation_lat’ field.
I have a Geocoding API, Geolocation API, Maps JavaScript API. Which appears to be working fine.
Is the ‘geolocation_lat’ created when you when the Location Field is populated?
Any help, much appreciated.

Facebook for woocommerce’s catalog is always in Analysis phase on Instagram

Hello!
I use Facebook for Woocommerce to sync my woocommerce catalog with Facebook.
Everything looks fine in the catalog manager, but when I try to tag a product in a post or a story on Instagram, every product can not be shown to the public as it is marked as “In analysis phase”.
I can tag the product actually, but it doesn’t show to the public. It is already some months that I use the plugin. I hoped it would solve itself with time, but the issue continues.
Is there something I can do besides using a manual catalog? Thank you!

Featured Image not Uploading

Hi team,
I have the Submit Post page working on website hoom.live
The only thing not working is the Upload Featured Image.
When you upload the image, info like filename and url are stored, but the image never goes into the wp media.
On another note, as we activated the WPUF on our development domain earlier, now on live domain now the plugin is throwing Please Activate alert but we could not. We have requested help for this on support, but I think this is not what caused the Featured Image issue. So just for you to know.
Please help resolve this. Thanks!

JS not running on phones

Have a page with some JS that runs fine on my desktop in different browsers and both when logged in and not logged in.
But JS doesn’t run at all when I test it on phones (I have tried several Android phones, haven’t got any iPhone).
To make sure it was not just a stupid JS bug, I tried just to have a single console.log in my script and see if it was output on https://www.jsconsole.net/
Get the console.log output from desktop, but not from the phone meaning the JS is properly not run at all on phones.
I have checked that JS is enabled on the phones I have used for testing.
I’m mostly a backend dev, so a bit lost why the JS doesn’t run on phones? Any ideas?
